“Hi there! I’m Lindsey, your Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor.“
I have over two years of teaching experience and training through Balanced Body and Body Haus Lifestyle Club. Pilates came into my life during a season when I needed grounding and connection more than ever. I have three kids—including twins—and Pilates helped me regain my identity, rebuild my strength, and find one more thing in life that I’m truly passionate about.
My teaching style is shaped by my Reformer background, so even in my Mat classes, you’ll feel those lengthening, sculpting, controlled movements that help you slow down, tune in, and build real strength from the inside out. I focus on alignment, intentional cueing, and creating those small “aha” moments that make the whole practice click.
Pilates gave me back confidence and purpose, and now I’m passionate about helping others start new things, discover their own strength, and get better one class at a time. I love creating a space where anyone—beginner or experienced—feels supported, capable, and proud of what their body can do.
