Incorporating the best parts of Pilates, barre, and ballet, this class focuses on core, balance, posture, control, flexibility, and time under tension and is made for all levels.

This feel-good movement class was created for every body at any age. It blends easy, rhythmic dance steps with light fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Choreography is intentionally simple and repeatable, making it accessible to those with minimal dance experience.
Confidence Flow
Confidence Flow is a gentle, empowering movement class designed especially for women who may feel intimidated by traditional fitness or dance spaces. This class uses simple, belly-dance-inspired movements and grounded exercises to softly engage the core, glutes, and hips while also supporting the nervous system.
