“Hi! I’m Molly, a strength and nutrition coach and certified yoga instructor.“
I am passionate about creating inclusive, empowering spaces for growth both inside and outside of the fitness world. In addition to being a strength and nutrition coach and certified yoga instructor, I work at a local elementary school as a teacher. With a background in both teaching and strength training, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to my classes, blending mindful movement with clear, beginner-friendly queueing.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness, or looking to reconnect with your practice, my classes offer a welcoming space to build confidence, strength, and self-awareness.
Outside of The Hive, you can find me prepping for my next powerlifting meet, crafting creative lessons for kids, or soaking up time in nature.
