Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing combines powerful punches, kicks, and athletic movement for a full-body workout that builds strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Set to motivating music, this class delivers a sweat-worthy session that helps release stress while strengthening arms, legs, and core.
No kickboxing experience required. Moves are taught clearly with options for all levels, making this class both empowering and accessible. You’ll leave feeling energized, strong, and accomplished.
Great for heart health, calorie burn, stress relief, and full-body conditioning.
PowerSculpt Barre
Inspired by ballet barre, this class uses small, controlled movements to target and fatigue muscles you didn’t know you had. Expect pulses, holds, shakes, and serious burn as you sculpt and strengthen your legs, glutes, arms, and core. Low impact, high intensity, and deeply effective. Make sure to bring a mat!
Candlelight Core
Candlelight Core is a calming yet effective class focused on strengthening your core, improving posture, and supporting total-body stability. Set in a softly lit, candle-inspired atmosphere, this class blends intentional core work, breath awareness, and controlled movement.
Expect a slower pace with deep muscle engagement that supports back health, balance, and functional strength. This class is perfect for winding down while still doing meaningful work for your body. This is a great class for core strength, posture improvement, stress reduction, low-impact movement, and evening recovery and reset. Please bring your own mat to class.
PowerFlow Yoga
A vinyasa-based power flow that will focus on connecting breath with movement, this class creates opportunity for your mind, body, and soul to let go and “bee.” Make sure you bring your mat to class!
Mat Pilates
Great for all levels—get ready to feel those lengthening, sculpting, and controlled movements that help you slow down, tune in, and build real strength from the inside out. Please bring your own mat to class!
Busy Bee Burn
Short on time but ready to sweat? Busy Bee Burn is a fast-paced 30-minute HIIT workout designed to get you in, working hard, and out feeling stronger. This class combines quick bursts of cardio with strength intervals to fire up your metabolism and challenge your entire body.
Expect energizing circuits, heart-pumping intervals, and efficient movements that maximize results in minimal time. Perfect for busy schedules, Busy Bee Burn keeps you moving, sweating, and feeling accomplished in just half an hour.
Yoga Sculpt
This class combines traditional yoga flow with added intensity to sculpt and tone muscles. Expect mindful movement paired with strength-focused sequences that challenge endurance while maintaining breath and balance. You’ll leave feeling grounded, strong, and energized. BYOM (bring your own mat).
Women’s Walk & Talk Community (Seasonal)
Meet up with the ladies of The Hive for a Saturday morning walk. We meet most Saturdays during the spring and summer. Please check the class calendar for location, time, and availability. Some Saturdays are excluded.
